A warm welcome to Aumbry

Our intimate dining room occupies a small, converted cottage in the heart of Prestwich village. We aim to provide quality cooking in an informal atmosphere, so service is friendly, professional and relaxed and our menus reflect the abundance of wonderful local produce available throughout the seasons. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

refurbishment & NQ pop up!

We will be closing on Saturday 30th August for a kitchen extension and refurb. Whilst urgent building work is carried out, we'll be operating as a pop-up restaurant from 42-44 Edge St in the Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre.

The pop up will run from Tuesday 23rd September for 5 weeks and bookings will be taken from September 1st via www.4244.co.uk.

If you already have a booking between 30th August and the end of October, we will be contacting you in the next couple of days to offer to reschedule at the pop-up, or for when we re-open later in the year.

Please note that any gift vouchers already purchased will be valid for use at the pop-up, or extended so they can be used when we re-open.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the short notice, and we hope to see you soon, either in town, or in our shiny, new restaurant!
